Right-hand cutter -  residues goes up

Left-hand cutter - residues goes down, for high precision parts

2 blade or 4 blade for flat surface

Fixture Design Concept:

Yellow cone to fixture Z direction and Mxx and Myy 

Blue cone to fixture X direction and Mzz
